At Official Nuzzle™ Pillow, we want you to experience the best sleep of your life; if you are not completely satisfied within your 90-night trial, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our dedicated support team via email or our online portal with your order number to start the return process.

  • 2.
    Receive Authorization

    Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely place your Nuzzle™ Pillow in its original packaging or a similar sturdy box, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    After our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
